   Good show. The differences are slight. I consider myself a Constitutional Libertarian. I am not an anarchist, nor am I godless. I would voluntarily submit to a boat inspection, key word being voluntarily. That sort of thing is not the same tyranny as criminal traffic stops, you are correct. The free speech issue – it depends. If an Islamist is speaking of violent or secretive subversion of the Constitution, I agree. If they advocate on a Constitutional Amendment to recognize Sharia or something (ridiculous, yes) that is the process by which the Constitution is changed. I wouldn’t like it, but they would be acting constitutionally in such a scenario.
