“Connecting the American Redoubt”
Joining the American Redoubt Network Means:
- Standing up and being counted as a God-fearing, Liberty-loving patriot
- You stand by our traditional Judeo-Christian, American Heritage, and preserving Americanism
- You wish to be in a network of like-minded people for mutual aid and support
- You want to contribute to a post-collapse rebuilding effort to restore Americanism
- You feel that Americanism is worth fighting for regardless of whether or not a collapse happens
- You’re not a prepper, but a self-reliant, prepared patriot
For the American Redoubt movement to prevail, we must be able to be connected with each other, in the American Redoubt and with those OAR (Outside the American Redoubt), and this is just the first (and one of) the ways to do that.

Good to see you on here Katey, I am glad you all are here also. RR
I spent many years in the Redoubt country, centered in the Bitterroot Valley and worked through the rural/forest country of all redoubt states except WY. We now live exceedingly rural in the desert southwest. We still have family in western Montana. I am a ham and would enjoy trying to participate in your events. I took a trip to AK and when I returned I tried to follow their emergency net only to find out that a good deal of the time a lady in Prescott, AZ was net control, as many of the operators were to close to make the 20m contacts. Who knows, I might be able to help but it would be very interesting just to listen.
I have lived in North Idaho all my my life. Its nice to know that you are out there for us.
So, what is the magic for filling out the PDF form? I upgraded to the latest version of Acrobat Reader and am still not getting anywhere. The properties say that forms are allowed to be filled out, but when I move the cursor over where the form box should be, nothing shows. When I click on where the form box should be, I get the ‘I-beam’ icon, but typing does not produce any text. Also, typewriter (for entering text) is not a tool option. I’ve spent an hour already trying to get this ‘simple form’ to work and I am done with it. If you will provide a snail mail address, I will print it, fill it out and mail it to you.
Can someone help a patriot out? I get PDF files in from AmRRON operators all the time with no problem. But about once a week I get letters from frustrated members who say the PDF won’t edit. I’m not an Adobe/PDF guru. Is there a setting that these folks need to adjust or set? Any input would be appreciated. Just post it as a Reply to this comment.
Problem solved: AcroForm plugin needs to be loaded into Acrobat Reader in order to fill out forms. In the latest version of Acrobat Reader, AcroForm is loaded by default; in earlier versions it wasn’t. Other issue is the type of form. Acrobat forms come in two flavors – interactive and flat. The Questionaire is flat form. Interactive forms have boxes that restrict input into predetermined boxes. Flat forms do not, and let you put text anywhere on the page. With flat forms it’s assumed that the user will put text in boxes made by lines on the page.
Being behind enemy lines, here in Central CA. We are working on activating our group here in the Tulare County area. We would like to participate in T-Rex 2012. We are all HAMS! We will work on emergency power both solar power and generators. We are on a well for water so it will also be using emergency power.
Respectfully,
55 y/o firefighter/paramedic and Advanced Class Ham, K—– here living in rural SW Washington state. I’m looking to learn more about Micro Hydro power. I have a stream going through my property and I live on a salmon and steelhead river.

Good to see the people in here. im from Caldwell and we handle all frequencies in Southern idaho.
we have redoubt areas in Camas county and are looking in the gold prospecting belt of the kooskie stites areas. i am a mining engineer and in 2013 i have a whole lot of students who want to learn to prospect. I feel that we have next year to get infrustructures in place for balack market or better saidarea trading. i forsee alot of changes to the political system in idaho but like all things government nature it will take brains people and time tobring areasheriffs on board as they are our link to bringing posses and militias together. The law will be fulfilled and give a chance for others to come on board when they see the alternative is fema camp regions and little food to lure them to these camps.
Leaders need to be aware of logistical abilities when looking at playing soldiers as you cant fight with out support.
keep your powderdry.
I have been a prepper since 2008 and I am very interested in joining however…I currently reside in Kalifornia. Is this something I can participate in?
My intent is to move to the redoubt however I am currently not able to do so as the wife is doing nurses training and my daughter is a microbiology student and she has grants so we are unable to leave for probably two to three more years (hopefully we have still that long).
I have my Technician and GMRS license (and I am studying for my general) as well as a 6m, 2m, 70cm, FRS, MURS, GMRS, a shortwave radio (Grundig 750), and a scanner and I would like to participate. I am extremely interested in digital communications and am looking for some guidance to get that set up.
Please advise and I will send my application if my location doesn’t preclude me from doing so.
P.S. Thank you and God bless!
I’m ret’d. law enf./vet. I worked with a militia unit on the Az. border, starting in 2009. Currently, working with another grp. that focuses on stopping the Mex. cartels and their transport of illegals, terrorists and drugs. We are now modifying our agenda due to the conditions of our country and the impending doom that threatens our very existence. Comms is a very intricate and necessary discipline that we must have in order to have a chance at confronting this evil that comes at us from many directions. Thus I am joining this org. to become even more entrenched in the Resistance that is building daily. God Save The Republic!
I was and am very proud to have provided security for the NW Patriots and preparedness rally. it was an awesome event and was the safest place in the country for 3 days. i met the most polite and patriotic people one could imagine. keep up the fight people, we have a very long way to go.you even got a pic of me up on youre page, wearing the security shirt and my woodland boonie. the MTDF will be there whenever patriots call. MOLON LABE and Semper Vigilantis…..
On the .pdf form, what is meant by the “AmRRON Call Sign”? Do I just create one myself, or is one assigned upon membership?
A call sign (code name) is assigned when you join. If you have one you prefer, include that when you sign up. IF it’s available, it’s yours!

How long does it usually take to get a response when trying to join? I’m starting to wonder if I did something wrong, or sent my info to the wrong email. The website or I guess I should say websites can be a little confusing.

Is there a lot of traction now on this website?
Hello,
I live in north Pend Oreille County in NE Wa. I have been going to a local “Patriot” group that started about 6 months ago, and from there I heard about the God and Country celebration in Marble last month, I was SO blessed to hear JJS speak (along with several other strong Christian Patriots). They lit a fire in my heart to learn the communications end of prepping. I have a CB and have ordered a BaoFeng UV-5R I have a lot of learning to do. There are a couple others in my area who are interested also, so I was wondering if there are any of you Redoubters in my area who are knowledgeable in this communications stuff, who would be willing to talk to a couple of eager newbies! Thank you. I am excited to have found more like-minded Patriots!
Luna, If you join AmRRON/Radio Free Redoubt using the form above, you will be able to view the member directory and see the members in your area. So glad to hear you were able to attend God and Country, it was an amazing event. Blessings, Polly-01
