Below is the congressional bill which Lady Liberty drafted and we discussed on the Morning Commute, Wednesday, August 9th.   This serves as a checkmate to stop child trafficking via banning electronic voting machines.

Instructions:  Be sure to Copy/paste both the letter (posted on RFR yesterday) and the bill (see below) into a Word editor, add the date and add your congressman’s name.  Then print both and send the letter and the bill, together, to your congressman, certified mail ($4.32).  Don’t send it standard or they will throw it away and likely never open it.

Send to their home district office, as they will not be in Washington DC during the month of August.

118TH CONGRESS

To stop all child trafficking, child kidnapping, child labor, child rape, adrenochrome harvesting from children, children blood draws used for Stem Cell technology, and all other illegal activities associated with child trafficking that is currently happening because of our wide open Southern Border between the USA and Mexico. As immigrant children are being trafficked across our open border and being placed into unvetted homes and unvetted “Sponsors” according to Whistleblowers from the Human Health Services that testified before Congress in 2023, this Bill will put an end to that child trafficking happening in the United States of America. As of the date of that Human Health Services Whistleblower’s testimony, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene submitted official figures to the Congressional Record recording that over 85,000 immigrant children have now been completely LOST in America, and cannot be tracked or traced to their current whereabouts, nor can it be verified as to whether they are even still alive or not. They have just VANISHED. Yet now the USA is the #1 Nation of child pornography consumption. Child trafficking will be brought to halt through the passing of this Bill.

A BILL

To end Child Trafficking in America, that is being egregiously facilitated through our open Southern Border. As Americans are reeling from evidence being given by direct Congressional Testimonies of Whistleblowers, they are now demanding that the child trafficking that is happening because of the wide open Border, be brought to an immediate HALT. Child trafficking is happening as a direct result of having an illegally wide open Southern Border between the USA and Mexico.

Having a wide open border is illegal according to the United States Constitution and violates Art. IV Sect.4:

Art. IV Sect. 4:

Section 4 Republican Form of Government

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Therefore, failure to uphold Art. IV Sect. 4 is illegal and is a prosecutable offense that can result in permanent removal from elected office, as well as jail time, and monetary fines.

Allowing an open border also violates the legally required Oath of Office to uphold and defend our US Constitution. Failure to uphold the Oath of Office is a violation of the law and is also prosecutable by permanent removal from an elected office, jail time, and monetary fines.

Facilitating a wide open border through UNESCO and other United Nations collusion is a violation of a Republican form of government that every American is GUARANTEED to have. The United Nations Charter is based upon the Communist Manifesto, and therefore does not adhere to a “Republican form of government,” and any colluding with such a foreign governance structure is a violation of the “GUARANTEE of a Republican form of government.” Failure to uphold Art. IV Sect. 4 will result in immediate removal from elected office by the elected person’s District Constituents, and will be followed up with criminal charges and prosecution.

Failure to secure our Southern Border has lead to an out of control situation in which the Border State Legislatures are declaring to now be controlled by Drug and Human Trafficking Cartels. The current situation is described by State Legislatures as “a completely unregulated invasion by undocumented, dangerous criminals, illegal aliens, and tens of thousands of kidnapped and unaccompanied children that are being trafficked across our wide open border.”

Allowing a wide open border violates Art. IV Sect. 4 as well, and anyone violating this law will be subject to permanent removal from office, jail time, monetary fines, and probable charges of Treason.

Therefore, in order to stop the child trafficking we must close and secure our Southern Border.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, by Date Sep 11 2023

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.1

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘End Child Trafficking Bill’’.

SEC. 2. SENSE OF CONGRESS.

It is the sense of Congress that child trafficking, rape, organ harvesting, adrenochrome harvesting, blood draws for Stem Cell Technology, child labor, and trafficking-related death is the worst crime on the face of planet earth at the moment and cannot be allowed to continue in the USA for another single day. All of these offenses associated with the act of child trafficking are each criminal acts according to legal code in every state in America. The State of Florida recently passed a bill that punishes Child rapists with the death penalty, as is appropriate for anyone that rapes a child. Therefore, Congress has the sense that it is their sworn duty to put a stop to that child trafficking that is being maliciously facilitated through a wide open Southern Border.

SEC. 3. SECURING THE SOUTHERN BORDER MUST START IMMEDIATELY. ALL IMMIGRATION MUST BE HALTED UNTIL THE SOUTHERN BORDER WALL HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

(a) IN GENERAL

IT IS REQUIRED BY THE US CONSTITUTION THAT CONGRESS SECURE ALL BORDERS AND PREVENT INVASION AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN ART. IV SECT. 4

Each elected official is sworn to uphold and defend the US Constitution, and the United States has never allowed an open unregulated border until 2021 when Joe Biden took office. Congress has since allowed endless criminals, cartels, and child traffickers to come across our border. This has resulted in out of control, rampant child trafficking. The child traffickers and Cartels bring kidnapped children here for the purpose of sexual exploitation, organ harvesting, adrenochrome harvesting, blood harvesting for Stem Cell Technology, child labor, and many, if not most of them, end up dieing.

Therefore, Congress must act immediately to STOP ALL IMMIGRATION until the Southern Border Wall has been completed.

(1) Congress must send military troops to block the border immediately and prevent all immigration

through any method commonly used by the American military in any campaign.

(A) Congress will fund the military to go and block the border immediately and to remain there to

secure the border until the Border Wall has been completed.

(B) Congress will fund the construction of the Border Wall through it’s completion.

SEC. 4. CHILD TRAFFICKING HAS BEEN FACILITATED BY ELECTED OFFICIALS WHO HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY ELECTED INTO THEIR POSITIONS THROUGH THE USE OF MULTIPLE BRANDS AND MODELS OF ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES, AND THE USE OF LARGE QUANTITIES OF FRAUDULENTLY ADDED MAIL-IN BALLOTS.

(a) IN GENERAL.

Via the use of multiple brands and models of Electronic Voting Machines that have been used in every County in every State since the year 2000, Americans have had to endure the malicious manipulation and deliberate changing of vote outcomes. In 2006, Lou Dobbs of CNN did a long investigation of the fraudulent voting machines and did an expose on Dominion Voting machines for CNN. His expose revealed that officials and tech experts from Venezuela were sent to educate the State elections departments on how to set them up and use them. His expose showed how easy it was change the outcome of every vote.

(1) Since 2006, Federal Attorney, Sidney Powell also did a very thorough investigation into the fraudulent use of Electronic Voting Machines and mail-in ballots as well. Her investigation revealed egregious election fraud to have been happening through the Electronic Voting Machines(EVMs) of multiple brands and models in every state since the year 2000.

(2) In 2020, the documentary titled “2000 Mules” was released showing and proving egregious election fraud via EVMs and Mail-in ballot harvesting.

(3) Sydney Powell was also able to show that millions of fraudulent Mail-in Ballots arrived to the United States via shipping containers from China.

(b) CONSEQUENCES OF ALLOWING ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES AND MAIL-IN BALLOTS IN THE USA.

The consequences of allowing Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Mail-in Ballots have been catastrophic to our election results ever since the year when they started being used in 2000. Since 2000, all of our 3 executive branches have been compromised and taken over by changing the vote tabulations electronically to allow for globalist/United Nations supporting candidates to get into office in the most influential seats. These EVMs and Mail-in Ballots have allowed people that support illegal dictates from the United Nations to be fraudulently elected by manipulating the end results of the votes. Because of EVM vote outcome changes, and fraudulently added Mail-in Ballots, we now have people in office who will not uphold the law of the Constitution and are in violation of upholding their Oaths of Office, and are in gross violation of Art. IV Sect. 4. These EVM and Mail-in Ballot fraud elected people are coordinating together across all three Executive Branches to undermine our Border security and are illegally allowing a wide open border, which is an enormous threat to our National Security in the United States.

(c) IT IS THE SENSE OF CONGRESS.

It is the sense of Congress to recognize that they have sworn an Oath of Office to uphold and Defend the US Constitution. It is the sense of Congress to therefore insist on securing our Southern Border to uphold the Constitutional Law of Art. IV Sect. 4. As a matter of their legal duty to uphold the Constitution, they must also secure the election process. No Congressman can deny that election integrity must be pure. As it is today, the EVMs and Mail-in Ballots have facilitated election fraud and vote outcomes to be changed.

SECTION 5. BECAUSE ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES AND MAIL-IN BALLOTS HAVE ALLOWED VOTE OUTCOMES TO BE FRAUDULENTLY CHANGED SINCE THE YEAR 2000, AND BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ILLEGALLY PUT IN OFFICE VIA THESE ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINE AND MAIL-IN BALLOT VOTE TALLY CHANGES HAVE ALSO COLLUDED WITH FOREIGN GOVERNANCE OF THE UNITED NATIONS TO ALLOW OUR SOUTHERN BORDER TO BE LEFT WIDE OPEN, ALLOWING RAMPANT CHILD TRAFFICKING AND CHILD DEATH TO OCCUR, THE ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES AND MAIL-IN BALLOTS MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED IN AMERICA.

(a) Twenty three years worth of EVMs have allowed our highest elected offices to be taken over by United Nations policy sympathizers, which has resulted in a coordinated effort to keep our Southern Border wide open. Since the wide open border facilitates tremendous out of control child trafficking, it is in the best interest of Congress to immediately ban all EVMs in America.

(b) Banning all EVMs in America will also bring a stop to child trafficking because it will prevent the people who are elected to office via electronic voting fraud from getting elected through fraudulent voting outcomes. If those elected officials, who support the United Nations policies of demanding open borders in Nation-states, are only in office because of EVM fraud, then it serves Americans to make sure that the EVM fraud stops. The voting fraud stops, and the fraudulently elected people can no longer collude with foreign governance of any kind, in order to keep our Southern Border wide open. If the EVM elected frauds are not in office to keep our Southern Border wide open, then the Border will naturally, legally be closed and the child trafficking will stop.

SECTION 6. BANNING EVMs AND MAIL-IN BALLOTS IS REQUIRED TO STOP CHILD TRAFFICKING AND IT IS THE SENSE OF CONGRESS TO STOP CHILD TRAFFICKING.

(a) Because the United Nations instigates open border policies for their member Nation-states and because the United Nations is facilitating and funding the mass invasion of the United States through our Southern Border through UNESCO and other UN connected programs, we must ban all EVMs from the United States because it is the unconstitutional UN supporting people that are being fraudulently elected through EVMs fraud. Any elected official adhering to UN policies and UN dictates over America’s Constitution, is acting illegally and is following the UN’s Charter that is based upon the Communist Manifesto. Because our Constitution does not allow elected officials to take direction from any foreign nations, and especially not direction that is based in Communism, it is considered the crime of collusion to take direction from the United Nations. The crime of colluding with a foreign government in an effort to subvert our own Constitutional laws of border security, is considered to be treason, of which punishment upon conviction is the death penalty.

(b) Art IV Sect. 4 of the U.S. Constitution specifically outlines the GUARANTEE of a Republican Form of Government, which means that ALL OTHER FORMS OF GOVERNMENT ARE ILLEGAL IN THE USA;

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

 

(1) Therefore, any elected or appointed government official that is colluding with any form of Communism, Communist governance structure, Communist dictate, or taking direction from a person professing the tenets of the Communist Manifesto, or of a governance structure that adheres to the principles of the Communist Manifesto, is committing the crimes of violating; (A) Their Oath of Office, and (B) Violating the U.S. Constitution Law of Art. IV Sect. 4, because they are being duly influenced and directed by non-Americans who are pushing non-Republican government foreign policies that are not legal in the United States.

(2) Because the people that are taking direction from the foreign governance of the United Nations and their Communist Manifesto based UN Charter, these globalists are acting illegally. These are the same people that are elected via the EVM fraud and Mail-in Ballot Fraud, so the EVMs and Mail-in Ballots must be Banned.

Therefore, anyone who does not want to Ban all EVMs is likely the beneficiary of EVM and/or Mail-in Ballot fraudulent election processes.

(a) DEFINITIONS. In these sections, the following definitions apply:

(1) EVMs .—The acronym, “EVM” stands for “Electronic Voting Machine” and EVMs is plural for the same. Both are used to refer to every type of Electronic Voting Machine currently in use in the USA for any elections from County elections to Presidential Elections.

(b) CRIMINAL PENALTIES .—Section 309(d)(1) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (52 U.S.C.30109(d)(1)) is amended by adding at the end the fol

lowing new subparagraph:

(1) Any person who knowingly and willfully commits a violation of section 325 shall be fined under title13

18, United States Code, or imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both.

(c) REGULATIONS .—Not later than 30 days after the

date of the enactment of this Act, the Commission shall

promulgate regulations to provide guidance with respect

to—

(1) how to verify if every State in the Union has in fact removed every EVM and Mail-in Ballot from use in their State

(2) how to collect and discard all EVMs from the entire USA.

(3) establishing a budget to fund military occupation of our Southern Border

(4) establishing a budget for building the remainder of the Border wall that was initially started by President Trump

(5) establishing committees to oversee law enforcement through the Border Patrol

(6) establish a budget for hiring 30,000 new Border Patrol agents.

(7) establish committees to oversee and develop new regulations within HHS to locate children that have already been brought into the USA.

(8) increase the budget for HHS to be able to hire more employees to help facilitate and direct the children that are found in the USA that have been victims of child trafficking and child labor.

THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED THAT THIS BILL CAUSE THE END OF CHILD TRAFFICKING ACCORDING TO THE METHOD DESCRIBED HEREIN OF SECURING THE SOUTHERN BORDER AND PERMANENTLY BANNING ALL EVMs FROM THE USA. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
