Supreme Court Justice Makes Plea for Foreign Law-

Justice Breyer has a new book, The Court and the World: American Law and the New Global Realities in which he declares with full confidence that the Supreme Court should be utilizing foreign law in their decisions regarding the US Constitution. He says its the proper global view. I also interview a man from Czechoslovakia who has some very serious warnings for Americans everywhere. –
