TESTIMONIALS:

What I liked the most about the [Intelligence Preparation of the Community] course is that it made me realize that there is a lot of information that could be gathered for our AO that would be extremely difficult to obtain in SHTF scenarios.”  – Sebastian A.

I truly received more than I bargained for with the IPC course. After taking this course it is apparent that learning to protect one’s family through “Intelligence Preparation of the Community” is just as crucial (if not more) as any other type of self defense training. Sam is professional and takes time to respond to questions and comments, as well as provide enough instruction and study material to keep his students learning for quite some time. The courses are MORE than affordable, and if it was the difference between saving the money for the course by not eating for a few days or not buying the IPC course, I’d gladly lose a couple pounds. That’s how valuable these courses are.” – Chris in MI

“I cannot say enough about how much I have learned from Mr. Culper with the [Intelligence Preparation of the Community] class and I fully plan to take more classes in the future.  I want to be an asset to my family and community.” – Brian in SC
