In late October 2014, without much fanfare, the Spokane City Council passed a City Ordinance providing Sanctuary Status to the City for anyone, from anywhere, by any means who can get here. Citizens Initiatives never go straight into law, according to Councilman Stuckart, BUT the offending ordinance was passed into “law” without citizen vote.
Like our liar in chief Barry Soltero, Stuckart must have a phone and a pen. He thinks he can make his own laws. Recall this loser, NOW!
