…Whether it’s a for-profit, not-for-profit, religious entity, business, or private individual.  The argument that the Hitching Post in Cd’A is or is not a religious entity is irrelevant!

Coercing a business or individual, regardless of how they are ‘registered’ with the state, into conducting a business transaction or entering into a contract which the person or party feels is a violation of his or her religious convictions is not only wrong, it’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL!  Which makes it ILLEGAL!

The Coeur d’Alene, Idaho city ordinance is blatantly illegal and must be stopped.

Would they force a Muslim caterer to serve pork or face heavy fines and jail?  Of course not!

This unconstitutional ordinance must be repealed!

If you don’t live in Coeur d’Alene and you think this doesn’t affect you, this is coming to your town!  Immorality allowed to thrive in one place will only grow like a cancer until it’s host is [spiritually] dead.

Exemption for religious non-profit businesses is unacceptable.  The constitution doesn’t protect ‘religious non-profit’ corporations.  It protects ALL CITIZENS!

CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO
