Regarding treating an American citizen as an ‘Enemy Combatant,’ thereby circumventing the US Constitution and the Bill of RIghts:
Look (Acts 22:22-28) what happens when, in the Roman Empire, a citizen was detained and punished without a trial or conviction. This was taken so seriously during that time that when soliders, centurians and the chief captain realized that they had just violated the rights of a Roman citizen, they were genuinely fearful. The consequences of violating a Roman citizen’s rights were severely punished, sometimes with imprisonment or death.
Could you just imagine what America would look like again if those agents of the government were actually FEARFUL of violating a citizen’s rights?

Acts Chapter 22, verses 22 through 28
22And they gave him audience to this word, and then lifted up their voices, and said, Away with such a fellow from the earth: for it is not fit that he should live. 23And as they cried out, and cast off their clothes, and threw dust into the air, 24The chief captain commanded him to be brought into the castle, and bade that he should be examined by scourging; that he might know why they cried so against him. 25And as they bound him with thongs, Paul said to the centurion that stood by, Is it lawful for you to whip a man that is a Roman, and uncondemned? 26When the centurion heard that, he went and told the chief captain, saying, Take heed what you do: for this man is a Roman. 27Then the chief captain came, and said to him, Tell me, are you a Roman? He said, Yes. 28And the chief captain answered, With a great sum obtained I this freedom. And Paul said, But I was free born. 29Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was afraid, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him.
You want to get your radio networks operating. Your U.S. politicians are again getting their fingers into the Internet with CISPA. That thing works with Patriot Act II as well. ? I think a “patriot” is a man who loves his country – not hate it!
