John Jacob Schmidt was scheduled to take this week off and Re-air a previous broadcast this week, but since the passage of the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) this week, alarms are sounding and conservatives are arguing among themselves about the potential ramifications of this bill.  Some common sense, history lessons, and some scientific data just might remove one of the biggest question marks from our society.

Would Americans really detain other Americans?
Would our military follow orders to indefinitely detain American citizens without formal charges, a trial, or due process, in violation of their oath?  Some say that could never happen, others say it’s inevitable.  John Jacob Schmidt sheds light on this potentially polarizing topic.  You just might be surprised!
